The first mentioned price includes 20% VAT, the second excludes the VAT. We have to charge VAT on all tickets. The prices on the registration page don’t show VAT as it will be added during checkout.

Early Adopter

You decided that you will attend XP2013 in Vienna. You trust the XP2013 conference organizers that we will provide you with a great conference. You also want to support the organization of XP2013. We are grateful for your help and offer you the “Early Adopter” special rate.

“Early Adopter” registrations do not have a specified cut-off date. These registrations are based on a first come-first serve basis and will be available until the maximum quantities have been met. The decision when to stop the “Early Adopter” period will be made by the organizers.

Early Birds

The “Early Bird” period will start after the “Early Adopter” period and will close by April 27th.

Standard Price

The standard conference price will be charged after April 27th.

All prices are subject to change should the organization require this. Registered people with payments already made are excluded from such changes.

We stopped using PayPal for the payment processing due to a dispute over the access to the funds. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Should you have no other way to transfer the conference fee, please contact us and we will provide you with our Paypal account information. However, please remember that we are not able to access your payment at least until after the conference and thus we will have troubles to pay upfront bills.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing or by email by April 30th. Refunds will be provided minus a handling and transaction charge of €100.

No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after April 30th.

Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. If a substitution is necessary, please email registration@xp2013.org ahead of time or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the on-site registration counter. This will help simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.

XP2013 reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that XP2013 should have to cancel the XP2013 Conference, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference, but XP2013 is not responsible for any attendees’ other related expenses, including hotel and travel.

Refunds will be issued within 20 business days after the scheduled conclusion of the conference. Sorry, XP2013 cannot, and does not, make exceptions to this policy.
