Executives & Managers Track

The Executives & Managers Track at XP2013 offers a chance to hear and discuss real-world experience. It’s the place to learn about the latest sound practices for business and technical leadership, focused especially for organizations transitioning to Agile approaches…or considering it. Using a peers-talking-to-peers format, it brings together perspectives on Agile in the enterprise from a variety of industries and sectors.

The 1-day Executives & Managers Track sessions provide straight talk on what works (and what doesn’t), relying solely on speakers who currently work as executives or senior managers; that is, the people who know from direct, relevant experience.

We invite executives and managers to bring your questions, your doubts and concerns, and your belief in finding a better way to deliver software and serve the customer…in the enterprise, in the public sector, in software product firms…whether your interest is infrastructure or effective web services, shrink-wrapped consumer products or strategic initiatives. Share your thoughts and questions with colleagues who understand your pressures and your aspirations. Come just for the day, then stay for the whole conference to get the most benefit.
